Maharshi Fully Automatic Rotary ROPP Capping machine are used to apply Roll on Pilfer Proof (ROPP Cap) / Aluminum Metal Cap on Glass bottle or Plastic bottle. ROPP Capping machine can work with round, oval, square and rectangular bottles. These caps are sealed at the same time it provides tamper evident security.

We provide Multi head configuration according to the speeds requirements. ( 4/6/8 heads )

Output speed is starting from 60BPM can go up to 150BPM depending on size of the bottles and cap.

Bottles entering the star wheel and turret are precisely aligned below each head ensuring the flawless sealing and threading of each bottles.

Machine comes with Automatic cap feeder at desired speeds.
