Semi Automatic Filling Machine
Semi Automatic bottle filling machine works on volumetric principle and is used for filling liquids in bottles.
The machine is supplied with 2 Nozzles pipes.
Two bottles are filled at a time with pre-Determined volume, different capacity bottles can be filled by fixing appropriate size of syringes as a chnage part.
A specially designed synchronized mechanical movement ensures smooth running of the Machine.
The machine is compatible to fill volume of 30 ml to 1 Ltr with help of changeparts at standard rated speed up to 15 – 20 BPM (depending upon Fill Volume & type of Liquid).
