Production Operations:

  • Plan and coordinate production processes to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing of products.
  • Monitor production activities, including equipment performance, product quality, and adherence to production schedules.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

Technical Support and Service:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers and resolve inquiries related to our products and services.
  • Conduct on-site visits to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to analyze and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers, sales teams, and service technicians.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including reports and service records.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in production and service engineering.
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality and service-related issues.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to management regarding production performance, service activities, and customer feedback.


  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in production operations and/or technical service roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge in [specify relevant technologies, equipment, or processes.
  • Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel for on-site support and customer visits, as required.
