      • Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation and submission of technical proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with engineers and sales team members to gather necessary information and incorporate technical details into proposals.
      • Sales Administration: Manage and maintain accurate sales records, including customer information, orders, and project documentation. Update CRM systems, track sales activities, and generate reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
      • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and target new market segments.
      • Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication between the sales team, engineering department, and other internal stakeholders. Ensure the seamless flow of information, provide timely updates on sales activities, and contribute to team meetings and discussions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a sales coordinator or similar role in the engineering industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles and products.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex technical information to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and technical software or tools related to the engineering industry.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work in a dynamic engineering sales environment.
